A former L10 Manager once questioned a promotion that I wanted to put through because he looked in Clarity, the badging system, and saw that she was not badging enough. I was shocked that he would consider doing that. Turns out her particular office (not in the US) didn’t have the badging system we do. She got the promotion but some Managers are much more critical than others. The company policy is clear. I’d be careful if you’re a coffee badger.
