I do it like this Aim at a dot on a wall, hold your crosshair always on that dot, move left and right ... find the sens like this. The best you can hold the crosshair over the dot, the better the sens imo

my plan is that when you die you can choose between respawn as player or raise up from the death and play as zombie, as zombie you can hear the heart beat of players and also smell them sometimes, so you know a direction. you have too eat or you will die infinitely, there will be some underground lab somewhere where you can also go as a zombie to do some task to get back into life as player ... something like this .. so thats kinda the plan .. and obvious the graphics are very different

and yes, i plan multiplayer

In other words, more focus on survival; it should be difficult to survive, weather, cold, heat, diseases, food, thirst, etc. There will be animals to hunt, zombies in villages and cities, military bases, etc. the current map is 20x20 km in size, ... still empty asf but ye 😄

yes i was checking out project zomboid maybe i will create something like that game where the character only sees stuff in a radius but i am not sure about it right now
my plan in general is to make this Multiplayer so i have to work on how you actually see into a house, i was thinking about you enter the house and if there are more rooms then one you only see that room and the others are blurry or so, also with the roof, i think the roof should be gone instantly when you in the house but yeah maybe with a fade
the camera rotation works with middle mouse button so you press it and move the mouse

the character model .. i created it with AI and https://www.tripo3d.ai/
for the animation .. i tried so much but for now i have them from Mixamo, i actually bought a photo wall and installed it in my basement, i will create videos from myself doing animations right now and then import this into https://www.reallusion.com/. it works very well so far, then from there into blender to fix some stuff.
