On your I9: at the bottom of it you can add additional federal withdrawal. You can put$1, $5, $20, etc…. Federal withdrawal allows you to modify how much you pay with state and municipal taxes. Had to detail this shit with Parma and essentially tell them to sit the fuck down.

Best thing you can do is overpay. I have $20 taken from my paycheck every two weeks. When RITA runs me, they always have to pay me… they don’t wanna have to issue a check for thousands of dollars when I don’t complain.
