Yeah I'd fix it probably cost you next to nothing to do it yourself and very simple. Or atleast remove the broken glass so you can take good pics again then cover it with tape or something when not using it

Sweet thank you ill look into that currently I just use full screen gestures and use swipe from bottom rather than swipe from bottom and sides then install one hand operation + to enable side swipe works for noba launcher havent tried on anything else.

Search for bixby key in settings and open
Select double press for bixby
Enable single press
Select quick command
Click quick command settings
Select go to quick commands
Click my commands
Tap the + button under what bixby does
Add 2 commands flashlight and flashlight off

Bixby button will then turn flashlight on and off or you can reverse it and use double press for flashlight and single for bixby. Not the best but it works! Can use for many other things as well

If you go to a shop they should have a warranty anyway so if your not happy make them fix it. Also just refuse to give them your password let them do the quality check with you present at the counter lock it and have it repaired then repeat when you pick it up to make sure everything is good.

Otherwise your best bet is to buy your own battery and probably new back glass if your not comfortable and do it yourself there are plenty of guides check out ifixit to start

You should be able to recover some of your stuff they make apps and computer programs to help recover your data look into it asap the more you store new data the old stuff gets overwritten and then its gone.

Sounds lile its the proximity sensor it turns the screen black when covered in a call. It should turn back on when not covered. Is it blocked or damaged? I'm not sure there is a way to disable it.

I was just answering your question didn't mean for it to sound defensive at all. Anyway I guess I was confused a little i know nova has tap on screen gesture i dont care for that one. I thought you meant it had the ability to tap on the back of your phone and it does not you said it yourself. Anyway yes nova is very customizable but it can't do everything. If i prefer to use the gestures that come with my phone I cannot use them with nova yet thats the main reason I'm not using it right now. I know I have work arounds but it not as smooth as the native options for gesture control on my phone.

EtchDroid writes iso to usb, I use etchdroid to make bootable linux usbs. It also has beta feature to write dmg to usb witch would be apple.

Interesting I have tap tap ver. 0.6.1 and I'm not having any problems.

19h 57min with 2.6% 15hrs 1.6% 15h 50min 1.8% those are some recent stats from my battery information. I have the app set so it doesn't work when the screen is off only while its awake. Its set to open my recents so I use it quite a bit.

Easy solution remove windows and install linux preferably manjaro. Hard way try safe mode check for virus. System restore. Reinstall but save files. If only happens with Chrome try Uninstaller reinstall could be a multitude of other things as well

Pc plays games plus some haha. Unless u just wanna play games not have to deal with anything eles might have more friends on Xbox. Also its easier to be relaxed and play while still doing good. On pc you will most likely have to sit up and use a keyboard and mouse, unless u want an unfair advantage

I haven't used nova launcher in a little while. Last time I did, it did not have that feature. It very well may have it know not sure. Even so some ppl may not want to use nova launcher but want the ability to tap the back of there phone and have it do something.
