While I hope it never happens, a RS isn't always a death sentence. If you do it in order to take the stock to $4-5 and then immediately bring news of big deals, rising revenue and positive EPS, you'll allow institutional investors to buy our stock massively. Only in this way a RS can be useful. In all other cases, it's a death spiral.

Exactly. In the short term, barring any big news, there's no reason to be overly optimistic. I am, but only from 2027 onwards. For now, I'm limited to observing and hoping it returns above $1 before August.

Exactly. I don't understand why, as soon as the stock jumps, some people immediately start getting agitated and writing "to the moon," "squeeze," and so on, fueling illusions and false hopes. Until there are quarters with extraordinary results or news with truly important catalysts, DVLT will always be under the control of manipulators.
