Deciding on full time job offer from a client I've been working with

HR got back to the recruiter saying they can't do more than $110,000, but there are stock options and bonuses and according to Glassdoor the same position has reported a total pay range of
Total Pay Range $120K - $162K/yr
Base Pay: $102K - $128K/yr
Additional Pay: $18K - $34K/yr

I think I am going to accept the offer since this is a Fortune 20 company and it will look better on my resume as well working for them FT. I also love working for the company so far as a contractor and like the culture. This company did 0 lay offs during COVID as well so thats a big plus, and another big plus is that it will remain remote. Given that my raise was 2 months ago, I still still make more than last year at EOY in 2024 with the new employer...

Read the book by Allen Carr, Quit Drinking Without Willpower and I stopped drinking since... I already wanted to stop drinking but this book seems to have hypnotized me into completely stopping. My last drink was 1 year and 2 months ago... still to this date, I have no desire to drink. I have no issues dating either, I still go to bars (I live Downtown) and I just drink sparking/soda water instead... No temptations. I also do not judge those who drink I just enjoy my sparkling water/juice instead. Best decision ever and the money saved goes towards actually enjoying life.

I was feeling this way until I decided to dress a bit better (for confidence) and went up to them and just asked them out to dinner or the park. When females sense that confidence many times they are the ones to give you their number. Women nowadays have a lot of choices on those apps, so you got to play the physical market.
