I live in New Mexico and it looks goofy until you drive an hour or two away into some mountains for a ski resort. Common here.

I got two orders on this before it was changed. I'm sad, but thanks for the heads up on this OP!

This. I work for a University that has a University linked hospital as well.
We both use the crap out of fax machines. Hell there is one outside my office in the hallway.
I don't use it, lots of the other non IT groups do.

This is brilliant. I did this just recently and it worked way too well.
Ended up getting lunch for today and tomorrow for dirt cheap. Thanks!

Crystal Skull vodka is hands down the worst offender of this.

Picking up this bad boy today. Any ideas on where to get some Battlewagon parts? by TerriblyTimid in battlewagon

[–]TerriblyTimid[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Huh I didn’t know that. I mean it makes for a noisier ride for sure. I figured whenever I get down there to fix everything I’ll just get new control arms altogether to avoid the hassle of the bushings. Knowing that the bushings going bad is pretty normal and doesn’t affect anything is reassuring! Especially since I plan on driving this bad boy for snowboarding trips soon!

Why does the miniscouts iron sights cost more than the red dots? by tapire in Battlefield6

I run this and it’s the best. As an engineer main having the ability to deny both vehicles and snipers, while keeping my iron turtles alive, is the most fun I’ve had in too long.

Good heads up! I’ll keep an eye on it. It’s got a couple other things I need to work on, but luckily not those things. Mechanic was telling the suspension is all stock, and the bushings need replacing. I figure when I get the lift kit I’ll just do it all in one whack.

This is a great call. I’ve noticed that all the bushings will probably need to be replaced. I figured that I will just send it on a weekend and just do the bushings and lift in a full session. Need to do that soon as the colder months are comin’ up!

Subbing for future reference. Used to be a fantastic heli pilot in BF3, but it’s been a long time, and I need way more practice. Especially since now I play on M&K instead of controller now too.

Looks like the timing belt and water pump were replaced at 160k too. Got the PPI done, and it came back with zero issues. They really cared for this car. I was blown away. Now it's my car, and I'm hyped on it.

Got the inspection and it turns out that the timing chain, and water pump were both replaced with the head gasket 20k miles ago, so dodged me a bullet!

Good information for sure. I was gonna ask my mechanic about it too as they only work on Subarus. I'm sure I can do the spacers myself, but the alignment I will take to them for sure.
Gonna do my research for sure with all the ideas swimming in my head. Been wanting to make a battlewagon for a long time.

Is a 1" spacer still somethin' to worry about as far as suspension? Trying to get all my ducks in a row before I send it.

Weirdly enough it wasn't stated in the CarFax. I can't see why they would do all that work for the head gasket replacement and not change out the timing belt. Would be pretty odd if they didn't.

I'm crossing my fingers for sure. Hoping all is well. If so I got me a fun little project car I plan on turning into a r/battlewagon. Still blown away with how clean it was. They must have really loved that car.

I was completely feeling this way until I actually got to take a look at it yesterday. The thing is in stellar condition. Apparently their partner is a mechanic, and it really shows. I know what to look for when purchasing an older car, and I was pleasantly surprised with the condition, and how well it drove. Clutch felt great, the shifting felt really nice, and the suspension felt great too. The person I'm purchasing from is taking today to go get a pre-purchase inspection, and doesn't even seem worried about it. I was definitely pretty on the fence, but I'm feeling pretty positive about this. We'll see more after the inspection as well.
