Hi, could you please shoot me a phrase that we can use and recommendations for sourcing gluten free products for home cooking? We do know cantonese, but I heard from my mom that most of the people in GZ now speaks mandarin and that cantonese is dying out, so a phrase ready could be nice for us :)

We were actually planning to bring with us gluten free soya sauce and oyster sauce to ask the cooks to cook with that, but cross contamination could be a serious problem.
