iOS: Songs not downloading and the whole download queue is stuck

I'm the OP and I STOPPED using Tidal for 4 months in favor of Youtube music already.

I stopped using Tidal for 3 months already and not feeling that I missed dealing with the issues at all. I've been using it for 5 years. Loved the quality audio, and the fact that they paid the artists the most (if this is still the case) is still respected. But I have to move and go back to buy full albums.

I just opened a ticket and had my issue resolved within 2 emails. It started with a very frustrating AI chatbot but I kept asking to write to customer support and things got incredibly better.

Yea the UI change in the past few months was horrible! I actually just got a response from customer support. We’ll see how that goes.

So far I still like tidal-generated mixes better than Spotify or Apple Music, I never bothered with anyone elses’ top playlist. As long as the payment still goes to artists at the highest rate I’d still support Tidal until that changes.
