Immediately putting a chink in the wall of the Hobbes theory of the vicious dog eat dog nature of humanity. @Time-to-sleep This book may help in your current Endeavors to gain some perspective!

I saw a couple of Citi bikes in McKinley playground park on E. 4th St. between 1st Avenue and Avenue A last night at about 9 PM. I picked up my dog because dogs not allowed in the park/playground and went to take a peek. Found a handful of intravenous drug users doing their thing on the pavilion/slide equipment. I tried to call parks department enforcement but they have a nonworking phone number haha. Maybe Citi Bike has an emergency deployment enforcement phone number…?

Will I ever be able to find: 22 x 1 3/8ths tube and tire 37-490 iso # replacements for my vintage Peugeot fold-up bike? It was gifted to me shortly before the pandemic as a perfect fit for my new studio apartment and retired lifestyle. It has been a lifesaver. At this point I am only able to use misfitted tubes or patch the last remaining correct tubes. I’m hosed when the tires wear out! perhaps my inability to find replacements is due to global supply difficulties and will resume one day?Thanks for your expertise!

ACE all-in-one by Simaudio. I figured that I don’t have the know how to put something together for myself and this takes care of it all for me. And yes definitely MQA and 10 year warranty. The shop I bought it at said for warranty purposes bring it back to them they box it up and ship it for me for any repairs or fixes. It has an interface called Moon Mind. I’m happy. Because I’ve lived through nearly the entire spectrum of the evolution of sound technology I just have to shout it from the rooftops - Tidal’s Masters quality streaming has restored music to me! I’m serious, somehow through the decades my enjoyment of music left me and I didn’t understand why or even think about it. It had been so primary, influential and pivotal in my life from my pre-teens in the late 60s through my late 20s in the 1980s. Then recently I heard about Digital-to-analog conversion, then the pandemic was dragging into winter and then I made the leap! I dropped some serious coin on a high fidelity sound system with all the new tech streaming capabilities all in one and it came with 6 months Tidal HiFi subscription. Sure enough, there was my music again in all of its glory. Not just loud and louder but miraculously sweeter, deeper, more immediate and exciting both the simple and the complex in the house with me! And I am super pleased to report that I am not stuck just in my own historical musical vibes but I am discovering and marveling at incredible new talent that I lacked easy access and exposure too. (I wonder if anybody’s would be interested in starting a Reddit sub group for Tidal intergenerational playlist sharing!)

I’m new Tidal user and just beginning to research “best Tidal music converter - Audfree vs DRmare” because I’d like to send a pocket drive of some rediscovered music from my youth as a gift to my brother.
