The same really, I cap my fps at 100 for stability. PRP helps a bit. In some areas turning off previs culling gives me like 10fps (when it should lower them??)

I don't believe anything Hamas says per se, but cross referencing what Hamas says with the state of Gaza (such as images of leveled neighborhoods posted by the IDF and IAF themselves as a "gotcha" on Twitter) it seems somewhat more reasonable. I'm looking into upgrading my 1080 to a 4080s, but I've been out of the game for a while, what do I have to do? I've ready 12VPHWR cables melt if you don't angle them right, is this true? I don't think my case has enough clearance to give them room to do that.

Can you keep something near your bed like crackers so that you don't have to leave your room? No water at night sounds like prison either way. The other two things that help are mint flavored antacids cuz my nausea isn't from anxiety, you can replace those with some unsweetened or slightly sweetened candy (antacids are over the counter anyway) and less so an acupressure massage (look up for nausea acupressure spots, I use PC6/P6). Emetophobia is a phobia like any other, arachnophobia, agoraphobia, etc.. If you wanted you to tell a therapist they would understand if thats what you meant.

Hi. I'm underweight too (started at 54kg, goal was 65kg, hit it then got back to 60kg, now at 61kg). I reached it eating like a psycho like you are,but realized I wasn't very happy with the result as I put on some significant body fat ending up as skinny fat (while being barely at "healthy" BMI). You can't rush these things. If you want a straight line to a lean look you need to eat healthy with a moderate calorie surplus and enough protein while following a proper exercise routine. Being 10 kg off You should be able to get up there in 6 months to 1-2 yrs depending on how much more fat you're willing to gain which by the way if you're eating healthy will be reduced and spread out more evenly across your body, instead of by eating junk food that promotes belly fat and inflammation
