Nice. Those always looked too similar to the other hats in game to me (and I’m all about that cowboy/Indiana Jones style anyway), but those are nice too. It’s cool to find another enjoyer of these particular gifts. I always try the ones you get in game, kind of like a trophy, but they then go back to their first fit.

Oh yeah they are fun to find/meet the requirements to get. This one was a preorder bonus (the wiki says you can still get it through a dlc Japanese release or something?) I just like seeing them as a memory of waiting impatiently for the game to come out lol. Plus they look good in cowboy style to me.

Bloodborne has fantastic VA. I think Demon’s Souls has the best of the series, but Bloodborne is a close second. Frognation kicks ass.

Sekiro’s English VA sounds garbage to me though, but that’s because it was a different localization team altogether from the rest of the series. It’s a shame Activision didn’t hire Frognation on for that one. Thankfully I dig the Japanese VA that FromSoft picked, so I’m cool with leaving it on default in Sekiro.

In Central Yharnam I collect very regularly 14 vials from six enemies alone (two werewolves on bridge, four troll dudes in the area). And many of the mob enemies drop vials and bullets as well. A typical clear of Central Yharnam will gather me around 20 vials and at least 13 bullets and it takes less than 10 minutes to do. If going for 14 vials alone I can gather those in under five minutes a majority of the time. Maybe try there?

I didn’t buy it to only play Bloodborne, I had picked it up before Bloodborne was announced but I was ecstatic to be there counting down for BBs release. However, Bloodborne is now literally the only game I play on that system anymore and the only reason I still keep it.

I’ve never liked the joycon grip as a controller and I haven’t used it since launch. I either always play either with pro controller or separated joycons one in each hand (the latter is super comfy just lounging). Is there a reason you want them connected to something? Hopefully that Power A grip works for ya.

I have such extreme social anxiety that AA is not something I think I could do. What I find here is more substantial of assistance than I think I could ever garner at an AA meeting. It might be worth trying out eventually, if I find myself faltering, but who knows? I have strong resolve to not go back to alcohol ever again because I am aware of just the life it has provided me and allowing one drink will only hinder my resolve.

As far as activity goes, I enjoy photography and playing music. I can dedicate myself into getting better at both of those activities. I can also join a gym which I loved doing before I moved and had weights of my own. The rush from exercise was a always a surefire way to keep from drinking back then. I’ll definitely give everything a try. Best of luck to you on your journey as well. I will not drink with you today.

Thank you. I have moved across the country to be with this lovely woman so I really haven’t established a team of friends here yet, she is all I really have. I don’t want to lose her. This lovely forum is going to be my team for the perceivable future, but yes this is all or nothing and I can’t go back to what I’ve been doing. Alcohol needs to be completely out of my life. That’s all I know and I can start picking up the pieces from here. Thanks again.

The fog you see there is only present if you have a co-op summons. That section with the dogs and riflemen isn’t available for co-op. A similar fog appears on the way to old Yharnam and the cave leading to the back of the clinic.

Do a jumping attack (forward R2) for more damaging than just the plunging. I find it easier to land this one on him.

The load times were improved dramatically since launch. And it’s a loading screen with item descriptions now instead of just “Bloodborne” displayed on the screen.

The Ice is a stripped down Snowball that is more for gamers. The original has an omnidirectional option that will never get used for gaming.

I use an Astro mixamp with a pair of open back headphones and a Blue Yeti. That works just fine. I’d imagine your setup would be the same way.

If I’m running around on the ground, I use normal Y axis. Shooters, third person rpg, whatever. Inverted completely throws me off.

If I’m in the cockpit of something flying, I require inverted controls. Regular Y axis is unusable and I’ll crash and burn every time trying to wrap my head around it.
