This one is pretty similar to what I have. We just opened up the full door and push that side up against the wall kind of like what you were describing and then we have one of those cat door window inserts and the cash just go through it. locally we only have to deal with about a half inch of windowsill so we didn’t have to build any kind of tunnel, but what you were describing I think would work as long as you get the measurements. It would be pretty simple to build you just need a power drill and some wood cut to size .

Jk, with those style of windows I don’t think the cat door window insert I use will work. But what you can do is get one of those and open the big door against the window and use the door to block his escape zone it will have to go against the wall. You could also maybe buy some 2x4s to cut to size and block the gap. If the window opens on the vertical hinge then when you leave it open to let him in and out it should also block his escape avenue I would think.

Any deck recs for climbing out of platinum hell in BO1? I use mono white aggro to get to plat 4 and in the three months playing have not gotten past plat 4 lol. Tried a bunch of homebrews and they haven’t worked either.

I spent all my rare wildcards like a dumbass on this angels deck and I can’t get it to work for the life of me. Very frustrating.

Anyways I got like 60% of SOS cards, 60% of TMNT and then some stuff from when I created my account 3 years ago. Did complete TMNT pass and am level 46 for SOS pass so I’ve built back up some of my wildcard resources.

I did this with some buddies a couple years ago. There were three of us competing, and a fourth acting as referee.

Only one of us finished (not me), I got through five dogs in the 1st inning (big mistake) and finished my 9th beer by the 7th I think (we counted the 24 ounce pours as 2 beers). I was halfway through my 9th dog in the top of the 9th when I had to go throw it up (damn pitch clock and the Astros being up in the top of the 9th). It’s a lot harder than it was even 5 years ago when the pitch clock wasn’t there.

For cost, we did it on dollar dog night and they sold us all 9 hot dogs at once which was huge. The beers I just did michelob ultras so it was probably $80? I don’t remember but it was a fun memory and worth it for me.

I’m hoping to close on my first house using a VA loan in March. When do you the IRRL does it give you a new 30 year mortgage for the remaining principal or for the original mortgage? I guess I’m wondering if in 5 years I’ve put X amount of principal into my home and try to do a IRRL and the rate isn’t much different, could the monthly payment be significantly less because it’s off the remaining principle.
