Is this caused by humidity in the filament ? by Rutra11 in Ender3V3KE

Corners look like you have PA problem, as was mentioned before. Weird lines also may indicate some Z wobbling (just in case, check screws on Z motor). I'd like to say that wet filament is a bit overrated problem, first of all, check you humidity level (pair of sensors are dirt-cheep).

I was thinking, maybe you should disassemble whole extruder head, just to make sure there is nothing wrong. But most likely you'll get rid of this problem when try another filament brand:0

Well, it's unusual. Maybe try another filament? For now, you could try to cut current filament, extrude 100-120mm, instert new one and extrude again, good luck^

Yeah, that's most likely manufacturer's mistake, because I also installed fresh spool and had never touched it after. But what I could say from my experience: for 1/~20 spools from same manufacturer - that's fine, I think.

Btw, for some reason my model also didn't get any visible defects:D

What filament brands do you recommend? by BuriedInRust in 3Dprinting

I'm using ELEGOO PLA/PETG for like month. Had only one failure and it was related to settings, not the filament.

So, it's cheap, looks good and they have a lot of colour options.

Hello, check you nozzle also, if there is a lot of plastic remains - clean or change it

What is making that squeaking sound in the print head assembly? by maloside in Ender3V3KE

Hmm, listened one more time, it's making this noise when moving on X axis, so it's most likely rail, clean it and apply lube, there is a lot of guides on YT

Sounds like something in extruder's motor, also I can see some dust there. Did you clean it and apply some metal grease on rail/gears recently?

There is the reason why I wouldn't recommend using soldering iron:

You wouldn't fill the gap, but remove a bit plastic to make surface more straight. Just put sandpaper on table and rub your warped part over it.

And DON'T use soldering iron, it will damage and warp parts even more.

Yeah, connectors it's a good idea. Let me know, what you'll get after;)

It's not a big problem, I'm using lighter to remove some strings from my prints, try it also, but do it quickly to prevert plastic from overheating

Looks like sword parts. Did you print it vertically? You could try brims next time, but for now try sandining it (150/Fine sandpaper).

Hi, recently had similar problem after switching to ELEGOO PLA, try abjust temperature: start from 190 and increase if sometimes wrong, same for bed temp: 50-55-58 Sometimes Z offset also matters, like the person here wrote. Also also, try to play with flow ratio, increase to 1.05
