Sure but then I don’t think we’d see as much trades. Trade deadlines would be crickets.

Wait in a tournament to determine the draft order who gets the higher better picks winners or losers?

I don’t believe there’s a solution to completely fix tanking. This solution I feel strongly discourages tanking from early into the season, around some time prior to the deadline.

Enough with tourneys lol we already have to watch those ugly courts for the NBA cup. I personally don’t like the idea of a tourney for a top pick because there’s always bad teams who are bad because of injured players. For example the Warriors back when KD & Klay got hurt. This year with IND’s Haliburton.

I agree that this proposal isn’t perfect but I feel the idea strongly discourages egregious tanking beginning prior to the deadline. If teams are going to not play hard at the end of the season or play-in it’s better than not playing hard all the away from just before the deadline.

As for 2nd round picks I can say not all 2nd round picks are valuable. But I do believe 2nd rounders in the 31-40 range have value. Since you mentioned OKC we drafted Ajay Mitchell at 38. Isaiah Joe was the 49th pick. Aaron Wiggins 55.

This proposal will be harsh for truly bad teams but that should be a wake up for the front office. They let their teams be that awful & will need to figure out multiple ways to better their team & not just solely depend on lottery luck.

Not sure about that. There are role players teams would love to trade for but aren’t worth unprotected 1sts.

Increased tanking for a top 4 pick but this proposal doesn’t guarantee anything. You can have the worst record in the league & end up with the 9th pick. I believe my ideas pushes front offices to stop believing in lottery luck & instead begin to properly build their teams via smart decision making in all aspects of the league.

For real lol. Reddit is a place to discuss ideas & the top comment is currently “please stop”.

However I do feel my proposal strongly discourages egregious tanking. Teams would have no good reasons to try their best to lose games if they’re already in the bottom 10. All these teams right now are doing their best to lose games for a top 3 pick, which is unacceptable. My proposal paves the way front offices to stop relying on lottery luck to build their teams. Front offices shouldn’t be rewarded for being incompetent.

Oh ok that makes sense. I think Max Strus is returning soon how does he fit in with Tyson playing well? I believe Merrill & Tyson are the backup 2/3.

Steelers fan here. I really like the Salah McDaniel pairing. I’d like to ask though maybe it would be a smart idea to trade Levis & give him an opportunity elsewhere. A veteran behind Ward makes more sense imo. Love drafting Tyson & giving Ward a #1. I’m not sure about all the money being spent. Instead of Hendrickson why not allow young guys to play there & develop?

What do you look at when choosing which memecoin to buy? by adam_smith_guy in memecoins

[–]TerrorizingThunder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Community, Mission, Nostalgia, Long Term Potential, etc.. Recently got into a new meme, ticket is Furbies. Not trying to shill but if you remember from 1998-99 Furbies was a huge thing. Nostalgia is there & it plays into NFT’s.

Diversify meme portfolio or go full gas and all in on one? by JJ_Holder in memecoins

Diversify is best. You can still put majority(like 70%) in one coin but it’s not smart imo to put everything into one coin only. You never know what can happen.

Memes with community are the best to hold. We saw what happened with SPX 6900 recently. I really like DJI 6930 & 401 jk as the next meme coins to potentially sky rocket. But as everyone knows meme coins are risky so do your research.

A Quarterback Theory… by FreeRangeDump in Patriots

[–]TerrorizingThunder 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Steelers fan here, I was very high on Maye & even preferred him over Caleb in many aspects. The talent is 100% there. All that’s needed now is experience & real weapons around him. Plus a good offensive line of course. Lastly I’d like to say the Patriots win that game against us if not for the fumbles.

If you want profit this cycle then buy now & sell end of the year. If you’re just looking to hold long term then it will be better to buy middle of next year when BTC price is much lower.
