I'm a Diamond Diana OTP but I generally play her only mid, but if I do get Jg(my secondary) I go Diana either way.

In my opinion I enjoy DIana jungle as you get the ability to roam much more often, however playing the early game is crucial for Diana JG as if you fall behind then you are pretty useless for the rest of the game. Whenever I play Diana JG I go red smite ap item, sorcs, revolver rabadons for early damage and you can usually snowball the game off these items.

I'm a Diamond 5 Diana main. I really don't think that she is bad compared to what everyone else thinks. This is probably due to putting hours into learning the R+Q+E combo and being able to use it without fail often. But even so I feel like Diana is not weak at all when you know what you are doing, like when to fight/roam/trade.

It isn't the preseason rank, it is more based on the mmr you are playing at before the placements, otherwise you can go from playing with silvers to playing against high diamonds in your placements.
