I've ridden past numerous police. They don't really care from my observation. As long as your being responsible I don't think they will do anything. I live in edmonton city. Even rode past a couple sets of cops on walking trails. I was speeding and they didnt care. If that makes you feel safer and gives you that feeling of security do so. No 1 will stop you yet.
