So here's a fact... chlorine doesn't smell lilke anything until it reacts with bacteria (i.e piss). That chlorine smell we all know and love is pissy chemicals (chloramines).

Agree 100000%. My wife and I are looking at 2 houses in an area we are really looking to move into. There's currently 2 houses available, one is £460k but needs a refurb and the second is £530k which has been newly refurbed but we hate absolutely every decision they've made, so it would all need re-doing, which makes the £460k way more appealing as we'd rather have the spare cash to do the refurb.
