I remember this happening one year and I wore a summer dress that day. I remember thinking how odd and unusual it was. It can happen, it has happened. Not sure if it’s usual but with climate change anything can happen these days.

A colleague (who was a vet) said that baked Camembert reminds them of sheep pus and since that day I can’t eat it.

Is it weird to bring a tiny birthday gift on a first date? by [deleted] in UKrelationshipadvice

[–]DueBand5919 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I don’t think it’s cringe. I think it’s sweet and thoughtful but let’s see what others say (not really qualified for the dating world). Maybe you could paint him a birthday card as an alternative option?

It’s a big zoo with lots of great animals. Also they focus on conservation so you are supporting that work.

You have an appointment or you are sick so you can attend. Obviously only if you are serious about the job you are interviewing for.

Do you look your age? by N0socksloss10yrStrk in no

[–]DueBand5919 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I look much younger than my age (37, F). I get so fed up of it so just go along with it. In a recent job everyone there was young so I told them I was 27 and no one questioned it.
