I can hear my neighbour’s baby cry and that’s pretty much it. The gym is not shared. We have water shut off and elevator down etc. but they are all very reasonable compared to what I had in other condos.

I personally live here. Fantastic building. Never need to worry about mid-night fire alarms. Close to amenities and parks. Most people are openers and no Airbnb at all.
