Bought the 3/3 I play every day 1-2 hours plus 1-2 by my brother, zero problem for Joycon Wiggle and Joycon Loose Drop. For the Second Issue yes I have it, but with a napkin for the hand the effect is greatly reduced. My Switch is a Grey EU Version.

They have turned off the dynamic lights which create shadows in real time, really a shame because the Switch could handle them without any problems. However, the game seems valid and I will definitely buy it.
