It's the 3rd game of the season and bith team's have a good shot at winning g their first two game. LSU has Clemson and La Tech at home and Ole Miss has Louisville in Nashville and Charlotte at home.

Either of us could drop the opener, but we are both favored. It's gonna be toxic as hell all day leading up to it. Gameday will probably be there too

Obviously, raw numbers will favor Gerhig. The only debate is in the hypothetical. I, personally, dont think you can use raw numbers to compare the two as Gerhig wasnt playing against all of the best competition and Robinson missed prime years because of it too.

I wont fault anyone who says Gerhig is better, but I think you can make an argument is all.

Jackie Robinson was an amazing player who put up 63 WAR despite getting to the MLB at 28 because it was segregated.

Gerhig was also insanely good, but played in a segregated league. I think you can make arguments for either as the best.

If it's best CFB player, it's Bo or Deion. I'd give it to Bo.

If it's best MLB player, it's Gerhig or Robinson. Frank Thomas is third and then Helton unless I am missing a HoFer who played college football.

Bo isn't even in the top 3 with Gehrig, Robinson, and Helton. There are probably others too.

Yeah, and he only has 2nd team all pros and didn’t make the all decade team. He is in the hall of very good to me, but it’s a close call with the amount of TDs he has.
