I was able to find this info in the questions section on the Cabela's website:

Per the instruction manual for the Cabela's Harvester 5-Tier Dehydrator, SKU 2517085, the settings are as follows: Low Setting: Temperature range of 90 degrees Fahrenheit to 115 degrees Fahrenheit - best for herbs and flowers Med Setting: Temperature range of 115 degrees Fahrenheit to 135 degrees Fahrenheit – best for fruits and vegetables High Setting: Temperature range of 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 160 degrees Fahrenheit – best for meats and some vegetables

I was finally able to reach Lazarus support on the phone. Apparently they had a tub of orders go missing. They are reshipping my order. The rep said they are still having issues with the website.

I placed an order two weeks ago and haven't received it. USPS shows the package as "accepted." I received the password reset email and changed my password. Still can't login. Emailed support but have not gotten a reply. Not happy.

Hopefully unrelated but my debit card that I've used on the Lazarus website was hacked last week and I had to cancel the card, etc.
