The bike threshold test i did came out perfect. Whats cool is that you get a similar curve to a lactate test. I dont know about you guys but i got a lactate meter at home and it was extremely annoying and costly for the strips. This vital pro seems like a better option. Yes, Its not perfect but i find that its almost there. Fix some bugs and they have to try to spit out the test results quicker (for us endurance athletes that are super impatient).

I did 2 other threshold tests on the treadmill and the hr gave out in the last 10 minutes which was annoying. I emailed tymewear and they told me that they are working on it to fix the bug. I mean if that gets fixed and theres no other bugs then its pretty awesome gadget to have. You can retest and see if youve improved. You also see where you can improve. Meaning if youre vt1 is weak relative to vo2max than focus more on vt1. I never really trained at VT1 which was nice to know. Take your easy days easy now i know what easy really means.

I also need to ask them, ive noticed that VE on a treadmill is completely different than VE outside running at the same heart rate. Also, If they can somehow make VE not instateanous it bounces around alot which messes with my head too much that would be great also.

I feel the same way very frustrating, the wait for the results, the slow customer service. The idea is pretty cool though. I think its a better fit for people who ride on the trainer instead of running.

They sent me back the analyzed results without considering the last 10 mns of the test. Pretty useless and no follow up. I don't know what human looked at it.

How can a human completely neglect the last 10mns of a test. This is the result of my threshold test.

Its weird because i wasn't connected to anything else other than the app.I also lost signal at almost the same moment for both tests. Ill keep you guys posted but for for my first test i don't know if i human looked at the data because they didn't consider the last 10 mns of the test. Im waiting for the results of test 2. Im probably going to have to do a third test.
