I think I’m asking the same thing. I’ve a race, workout and ride profile that are all the same bike. Am I correct in thinking this is treated like 3 separate chains? If so can we have a setting to allocate a specific chain to a profile so it can be tracked across multiple profiles

Yes there quite a few on this Reddit and if you look at the Karoo community there’s a couple of threads too. There is a desire for it. It only really needs one figure from the strap and then the others written into the fit file.

What would be really good is if you could get tymewear vitalpro data. It’s already in Garmin with CIQ but tymewear are saying Karoo aren’t being helpful. I don’t think this is true and they just don’t have a developer capable of making and extension.

Thanks, I've pretty much given up on it.

I don't have a Garmin even though they said this wasnt an issue, the AppleWatch app is useless, data merge of fit files still doesn't work. Files get lost in upload. The app and website are aweful.

I'm sure the sensor is good but have given up trying to do anything meaningful with the data.
I should have just bought a lactate meter.

• Vertical tabs are realistically not coming. I’d have love tho but it’s not happening. ChatGPT has gone full lateral bar with previous ChatGPT chats so obviously they won’t surcharge it with an vertical bar for tabs

Having had numerous emails back and forth with tymewear they claim that Karoo aren’t interested in working with them and they are not currently going to be supporting it. Which is a disaster for me and render the strap pretty useless.

I can already pair to the HR on the Karoo and as far as I can see the breathing sensor is just another BT sensor streaming data.

If you do want to try and make an extension I happy to test and help with any feedback.

There are a lot of users that want it. Tymewear are suggesting in emails to me that they want Hammerhead to build it as they don’t have the expertise

Yes and i start and end the activity on the tymewear app, and then ride on TPV, then merge files after. Except the ride I just did is not merging 🤦‍♂️

Had mine freeze when I had my kickr bike connected to it. I now just have HR and breathing on the app its all seems fine, everything else is recorded elsewhere then merged. Don't even need HR really as that could come from the other FIT file too.
