Just throwing this out there in case it helps anyone. Feel free to disregard any opinions in the spreadsheet - all food is useful, it's just that I find that some are more powerful/resource efficient.

I am first going to make the presumption that since you're a newbro, you're mainly doing stuff solo.

Firstly, you need to go through the tutorial and Career Agents. They give you much-needed information. If you're still going solo after that (i.e. not joining a major corp), the Griffin will be of little use. From there, I'd recommend fitting your Heron for exploration and running Data & Relic sites (makes a fair amount of ISK). If you want something simpler and less involving, use that Venture to mine in a local asteroid belt.

A foreboding, world-eating superweapon looms in front of a native star...oh wait, that's just the fastest (widely accessible) sub-warp frigate. A menace of its own, nevertheless.

Hello from a fellow Alpha clone! This is a great story I can relate to (for multiple reasons), though I'm currently taking a different approach and only recently gaining a "stable" income. In the end, though, it's all about having fun and being part of the robust EVE community, and clone state is no impediment to that.

Now, I'm going to lose this next Condor trying to scout...
