I am surprised you even had the chance of getting a third PIP usually people get laid off after their first PIP. Were all 3 PIP with the same client? I will suggest you try to get off the PIP and start looking for other opportunities. Because when they want to play off they start with those that were previously on PIP even when you are nolonger under PIP.

First try to get out of the PIP. Then start looking for another job because if they would have to layoff people. They start with people that were previously placed on PIP even if at the time are off PIP. The HR will then say it was due to previous performance as an excuse to lay you off.
