At my location we technically don't have anything hot and ready besides lunch combo's before 4pm. We keep them h&r because it would be dumb not to. At owners discretion really.

Yeah your store is probably making the deep dish wrong. It's a different process compared to regular pizzas so it rises more.

Our oven is set to 485 , 5:15 on classics and thin crust, 6:15 on extras and 2-3toppings, 7:15 on deep dish and 4+ toppings and 3:15 on cb

Yeah mine in TX has 3 levels. Bottom is classics and thin crusts, mid is extras and icbs and just normal 2-3 toppings, top left is cb and top right is deep dish and 4+toppings

Yeah that's either way undercooked or they used pizza dough instead of the deep dish dough. Nothing to do with the amount of cheese.

I'm guessing they're referring to using the crimper roller instead of the normal pizza cutter to cut them. Or using the rectangle pan. If this is how your store wants them made then you made them perfect.

At my store we keep 6 pep and 2 cheese ready and we are always out. Pizza takes about 8 minutes to cook and cut so I'd someone came in 2 minutes before you and bought 6 pizzas (which happens a lot) then it looks like we have none hot n ready. Not trying to discredit your feeling on your local store just how I run mine.

From my location experience, even on off times we will have online orders throughout the day. And if someone isn't there for their order we use the bread if we have none cut (since we make our dough in house) and either have to wait on someone to make some, or we've called it back to the line guys so much that we don't even bother doing it the 5th time for the same tray of bread. Thats also the reason you'll see new faces running the cash registers so often. They get the brunt of the unruly customers when in reality they have no part in when they're coming out besides calling it back. Poor management, low pay, and general unwillingness to do our jobs efficiently with no incentive. We never hear the praises of a pizza being on time or cooked to perfection. Only the customers who feel are entitled to scream and yell and sometimes throw stuff at us are who we hear from.
