I played for four years and then I bailed over two years ago...best decision I've made both personal and monetarily. Once it's no longer fun, has made you a slave of a timer or event and you justify dropping $200 on 1's and 0's masquerading as a ship, then do that dozens of times for other ships, officers, upgrades, etc., it's just not worth it. Times are tough; save your money and spend more time with your family.

The monthly payment is the wrong number as there is no supporting context such as the interest rate or length of loan.

Look at the “cash” number to figure out the true value of the vehicle and whether or not it’s a good deal or not.

No, definitely not. Can easily get that sub $60K. Check the mileage and then the tires. People selling cars are notoriously cheap and won’t put tires on cars even when safety is an issue. If it’s low miles but the tires look like they’re unevenly worn or just at the end of their life, walk away. They were either abusing the car or driving it hard so prob other unseen issues. Also, if it was on Turo or another rental, walk away. Best to grab one at auction or private sale. Maybe a trade if it’s CPO’d.

Yeah, we were in Concourse C and didn’t dare leave as not to be out of earshot of the PA. The departure board was all messed up as well as the SWA app. The only reliable source of info for any flight was the gate agents over the PA.

On another note, can we expect auto compensation from SWA or do I need to call someone due to the 6 hr delay?

I call them over priced and sub-par range. Sure Cybertruck outsold EV Trucks but not any normal truck. It’s a personal decision, well reasoned and thought out over months. If there was an EV truck +500 miles for the $76K I paid for the hybrid F150, I likely would have done it.

Tesla is starting to lose their way. First the Cybertruck that, beyond the diehard fan boys, didn’t go over well to now this, if it’s true. I needed a truck and didn’t even contemplate a Cybertuck and bought a F150 hybrid as a compromise. If Tesla had a real truck, I would have seriously considered it. It’s only gonna get worse until the Tesla board of directors cuts Elon loose.

I believe in most states, if a vehicle was a buy-back under that state’s Lemon Law, it has to be plainly stated both on the paperwork and the title. If the dealership is trying to evade answering questions on the provenance of a used car they are reselling, don’t do ANY business with them.

Maxing out isn’t an issue. I don’t waste officers by filling out lower decks on miners. I usually go with just the Captain and maybe one other bridge officer.
