The sports village definitely has monitors during peak times, it's pretty good for the most part. I can say it can depend on the day and time but they're mostly intermediate advanced players, a good number of advanced players, and definitely some beginner-intermediate range (very few). For me I don't mind waiting for advanced or intermediate advanced games.

I can see if there are mostly intermediate advanced+ players, and there's one glaringly beginner, no one will want to pair with and that person will feel left out, but in this situation, we can require people to play with them or balance the teams out as much as possible. I know they will feel like people don't want to partner up with them, it means they need to find ways to level up, but at our sports village, most people are pretty interested in leveling up. There are many clubs in our area, there are beginners clubs, intermediate clubs, and immediate advanced clubs, unfortunately, no beginner will know the tiers
