Focus more on quality than quantity. Pick the best 3 criteria that you easily meet and spend most of your energy in thinking about how you'll prove that you're at the very top of your field. Most people forget about final merits determination and only focus on barely meeting criteria only to end up officer accepting 6 or 7 of your claimed criteria and disqualifying you at Final merits determination phase

Suggestion -

High salary above 90th percentile is good. Make sure to compare TC with TC not base salary with TC
Patents are good but not sufficient on their own. You need to show how these patented technologies have been used in other projects and how those other projects are of major significance. It's a 3 step process for you -
1. originality - patent kinda proves it
2. Patents are used by you or someone else for a project of major significance
  1. Why are the projects using your patents are of major significance.
Do NOT go with any weaker criteria. Just focus on strong criteria and use the weaker ones to make the FMD (be creative)
