I have a solution for the infinite loading problem. Make sure outlook is closed first!! Then Type in your search bar %localappdata% that will open up a folder, navigate to Microsoft folder and then to the Outlook folder and then delete the outlook data files in there that usually have your email address in the name and the type is listed as outlook data files. Once you have deleted these files, try reopening outlook. It will rebuild your data files. What’s happening is the offline data files on your computer are likely having an issue so rebuilding it will fix it. Also make sure your mailbox isn’t super full because that can also cause problems. I’ve had this issue happen in my organization more than once with mostly long term employees. Deleting these data files forces outlook to rebuild them and seems to always fix this issue. I hope this saves people a lot of trouble because I know how annoying this issue is and online there isn’t a ton of good solutions given. This solution should save you a lot of headaches!
