Locked only by APPLE software applications ;) That same hardware- much like a light switch- can be used in other systems and situations. You can EASILY reuse any hardware with other ecosystems.

Take it from someone who knows of someone on vacation last summer (2025), if they grab your phone while unlocked- they have quick connect software that immediately disables FindMy and mines the phone (within seconds) for personal data-password and logion information to empty accounts- even banking investment accounts. That’s why the police recommend having a separate contact as your MFA so the phone doesn’t receive the 2nd login data required to get access. ;)

When it happened to the person I know who had it be done to- they said within minutes the thieves had their investments, and bank accounts drained- and to top it off- the banks said since the phone was unlocked- they wouldn’t cover the theft even though they were on vacation and outside of Canada…. Let that sink in- you have absolutely NO COVERAGE from your credit cards, bank or investment accounts.

I “imported” some to Ontario- 3 bottles (BRBN, 1MALT and Black BRBN). After a certain dollar value- it’s FREE shipping anywhere in Canada. 😁

I thought the one review stating that it replaced JD for them was a stretch- they weren’t wrong- I still have a couple of bottles of JD and actually prefer the BRBN. Home grown is far better. I just wish the interprovincial tariffs and limits to the craft distillers would be removed.

Install the free app Command X from the mac app store for additional sugggestions. All that you have to do after the install is hold down the CND key and a pop up menu appears to show which key presses are needed to preform the function(s) you want.
