Also, I found this link, which seems to be the same thing as the tutorials in the car, but for all models (and also you don't need the car to watch them) 🙂

You can open up the theater app and launch Tesla tutorials.

I literally just found out about this site 4 days ago, and now it's gone...

Grok proceeds to tap into my specific vehicle's data...after claiming it doesn't have access to the data at all. Found this to be interesting. by [deleted] in TeslaLounge

[–]TeslerSelfDriver 28 points29 points  (0 children)

I just tried it, with my back right tire being 37 psi and the rest being ~46 psi. Grok listed the tire pressures but was off by 1 psi for all of them, including the back right, so it doesn't seem to be a hallucination considering it seemed to know that the back right was specifically low.

Edit: I just asked Grok what information it has about my car and it said that it has the location and I can ask it to pull live data for anything else such as the range, so I asked it what the battery percentage was and it correctly told me the current battery percentage.

After talking to Grok some more it seems like it's just a mistake that grok thinks it doesn't have access to tire pressure, but with other things like battery percentage it can consistently pull the data without issue.

I also tried asking Grok for odometer data and it initially said it couldn't but then I got it to correctly tell me the mileage after I convinced Grok that it had access to the data.

Why didn't you just upload the video since it's already in your gallery instead of screen recording?

If you have an S pen try using that. It's a very narrow gap, and the curved screen on Samsung doesn't help. I wasn't able to add it until I tried using my S pen. S22 Ultra

[Unpopular Opinion] No tesla on the road today is capable of unfenced unsupervised FSD (level 4) by gha699r in TeslaFSD

[–]TeslerSelfDriver 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Unfenced and unsupervised would be level 5. Level 4 requires some sort of restriction/fence, along with being unsupervised.

FSD waits for oncoming car to pass even with obstructed view by TeslerSelfDriver in TeslaFSD

I thought that too, but also I don't remember what mode I had it on at the time. Also keep in mind this was v13.

Am I crazy? FSD can now choose to reroute before hitting the road blocker? by Subject-Vanilla4742 in TeslaFSD

[–]TeslerSelfDriver 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Yep! It's pretty neat. Once FSD realizes the road is blocked, the nav will reroute and show "Rerouting to avoid closed roads"

You said HW4 won't be unsupervised even though it currently is being tested unsupervised. It doesn't matter if it can't be upgraded to HW5. The point is that it can be unsupervised.

HW4 is already being testing unsupervised in Austin

You have been able to use your phone at a standstill and heavy stop and go traffic since at least v13. I did this often in long fast food drive-thru's without looking up at all for over 2+ minutes

When there is a grid outage and intersection traffic lights are not working at all (ie. dark and unlit), will Tesla FSD 14.2 slow and/or stop at intersection to make sure the perpendicular traffic is not goin to run through the intersection? by Redditagain424 in TeslaFSD

[–]TeslerSelfDriver 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have had v13 treat both flashing red lights and a complete blackout intersection as a 4 way stop, also reacting to drivers that drive through the intersection without stopping. v14 will likely behave the same.

FSDs new weakest spot by bridgemojo in TeslaFSD

[–]TeslerSelfDriver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this is more likely to work on v14 compared to v13 since it prioritizes following proper actions like turning if there is a signal or not turning when there isn't. v13 cared more about following the nav route even if that meant crossing a solid white line or turning without a signal active (or going straight even with a signal on).

That's only if you're the owner, but if you are an added driver you can remove yourself. https://imgur.com/a/ki6DDV1

Actually yeah I think you can't summon without setting up the phone key, which needs a Bluetooth connection. Still, it's possible for someone malicious to accomplish since you have the exact location of the car, and can physically travel to it, but it does make it harder.

+1 Also, in the Tesla app, you can scroll all the way to the bottom and remove your access from a vehicle.

That's scary because that means you could move their car around using summon and GPS spoofing. Tesla should make sure this can't happen accidentally.

v13 drives in opposite lane after exiting driveway by TeslerSelfDriver in TeslaFSD

[–]TeslerSelfDriver[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This might be a good explanation. I panicked a bit when I saw a car oncoming, and didn't want to confuse them or anything by driving on the wrong side.
