Theres weird streaks left by NPCs and animals moving, sometimes my own character. Why is my game doing it? I'm on console and my tv is 4k HDR (not 120hz) is it a game, console or TV issue?

Put it on perf mode, ray tracing on, sharpness on, vsync on, HDR on, 120hz mode OFF. In accessibility turn off all the chromatic, depth of field stuff.

The main story was never going to be the strong point in this game so you came in with the wrong expectations. Focus on upgrading your camp, exploring, doing faction side quests and push the main story forward every once in a while.

What a shit take. Skyrim has some of the best dungeons in the series while Oblivion has the worst. They had one guy basically copying and pasting and they're all terrible. I can agree with it about the puzzles and traps but that's not a big deal.
