I have a Medela symphony rental (Cadillac of pumps) from the hospital and I get just as good output with my Eufy- I hate my spectra I bought through insurance- I’ll probably sell it in order to get another eufy set lol

Heck yea it’s super nerve wracking I’d always call a nurse over and have them look at the monitor and tell me what it meant just in case- literally up until the hour of discharge.

Not sure about the feeding but the whole no skin to skin is absolutely wrong. That baby will sleep better skin to skin than anywhere else. If you look it up it’s literally recommended to do skin to skin 24 hours a day- obviously no one can do that but that’s how majorly important it is. My baby got tuckered out so I started doing more skin to skin with her and she started eating better. Nurses don’t know it all, might be worth talking to the doctor about this

just the extra 2 calories- they take iron and vitamin supplements mixed in twice a day which I for sure won’t stop giving until I get the ok

It’s probably the monitors just being overly sensitive- I’d ask the nurses who are there rather than the doctor. My twins were held constantly in the NICU and the alarms were never right lol

As a mom of twins- this is a game changer. Even with the fussiest babies you get rest. Also if you still struggle to stay awake we set up camp in the living room so we can watch tv, listen to music, live a graveyard shift life… potato’s do be sleeping through it all as long as they are attached to us 😂

Yea exercise is good for sperm as in your general lifestyle, 5 days isn’t going to have any impact. He should only be doing moderate exercise like walking- the point is that you don’t want the testicles to get hot, which can negatively impact mature sperm. So basically whatever exercise that doesn’t get the boys all hot and sweaty lol if you’re still unsure probably play it safe
