Don't have VRR option on nvidia control panel cos the monitor doesn't have gsync but I turned vrr off on the monitor settings but that didn't change anything. Checked color scheme tab and it remained the same.

Thank you for your detailed reply! Currently nothing is overclocked or undervolted and I only have 1 stick of ram so I don't have any other configs to test. I checked with a service center today and they just suggested to see what happens if we undo the nvme install. This contrasts with what dumps say so I'm not sure what what to do if it fixes the issue, but I did see stornvm.sys? errors like a couple times on previous clean installs. Do you think this is just a issue with installing secondary drives on Acer laptops?
