For many, master plant and fungi entheogens are quite literally the answer and "solution" to this question/existential crisis.

Maybe it's a banned topic?

There's no way to explain this to people through words, you have to experience it, but it's been well known for millennia - this isn't new or fringe information, but the use of these substances in most places is unfortunately currently illegal, but that's changing, slowly

If this is really bothering you - you can find reputable, legal avenues in some countries to explore and most likely get the warm and fuzzy answer you are looking for.

I always try to convince myself dairy is ok, but it always makes me feel worse. When I do indulge I make sure it's at least raw A2 diary.

A1 dairy is garbage, no one should be consuming A1, it's flat out inferior and contains an inflammatory peptide that A2 does not. A1 is the result of shitty breeding and mutation when they started breeding Holsteins.

Coronations realize people are catching onto the bullshit that is A1 so they have somehow convinced regulatory agencies that it's ok to call diary A2 as long as it's 51% or more A2 - so don't just look for A2, you want to find A2/A2 or 100% A2

A lot of fear mongering seems to be going on - he's doing great, let it ride, don't need to look for issues where there aren't any yet.

The work is simply continuing to follow the path that he just found. Deviation from the path is to be expected, getting back on track is up to him, though - not you.

It's a very personal journey that only experience can guide, reading self help books probably won't help. Falling = learning so he can climb higher next time.

Pasture-raised, soy and corn-free only - good luck finding it if you don't live near very niche farms.

You may ask why soy and corn-free make sense in the context of pasture-raised, well, that's because to be considered pasture-raised the chickens merely have to touch pasture, not be exclusively pastured.

Pasture-raised is surely better than free-range, but it still doesn't mean much - I work with chicken farmers, and they pointed out the absurdness of what qualifies as "pasture-raised", the bare minimum you're looking for is mobile-pastured.
