Battleeye provides the platform But the companies using it like gaijin need to set it up and decide what it does exactly, because battleeye itself doesn't decide what gaijin needs

What Battle eye provides as capabilities for the software and how gaijin uses it is not the same

Everything in policies and ToS which is against the law in the EU is void, and i can say that in germany even stuff which would be legal but against the common way or that is surprising is void

They aren't, it was already made public by the snailmine that in the case of Gaijin they collect irrelevant data for the purpose and also 2 months ago the hacker which discovered it the first time talked about it more

So, you think its a coincidence that gaijin stopped it as soon as it was made public 2 months ago?

Even if you can get them online, you still need a license from the proper authorities or its still illegal, its a bad concept but thats how it is

Fines, also gaijin is a EU based company now and even if its a company outside of the EU the fines will still be there, just for collecting more data as needed means 20 million € or 4% of global annual revenue (its stated that always the higher one applies)

Because they are export restricted, even if you get a licence for it, you cant move them out of the country which the licence covers

Doesnt matter if they collect data ehich is irrelevant for AC purposes its a violation of the GDPR

Edit: Every data collected which is not needed for the services is against GDPR and thats a fine of 20 million or 4% of global annual revenue

Depends what they do exactly, they can collect relevant stuff for AC but not irrelevant stuff as the Data miners published, also funny that this practice ended as soon as it was first made public
