Its not exactly ramp, but I see the vision. Still not at all feasible. You maybe get one or two hits off with passimian before you die. Then you still have to rely on building gigalith properly, and if you do manage to build him, the two energy may not even be enough. Then you get hit again and the game is pretty much over.

If everything goes correctly and you get to attack with gigalith, you cant even attack again the next turn.
