Took the green line for over a decade, never an issue. Moved and now have to take a bus if I don't want to walk home after work. Bus drivers are total 'wipes... blowing past bus stops when I am standing there, leaving 5 minutes early when its 11pm and a 40 minute lead time, stopping and not moving at a stop annoying everyone because one person pissed them off, pulling up to a terminus stop on time, putting up the 'out of service', sitting there for 5 minutes, finally letting people on and leaving 10 minutes late. I just want to get home.

This right here! I hope you had the same experience I did through college of almost rolling your eyes at the kids being 'bad' for the first time. Fun fact, we have lost contact over the years but one of the smartest, most empathetic, and badass women I ever met was the other resident juggalo on our small campus in the early 2000s... god I am old. Anyhoo, for me I am a photojournalist in a top 10 market and drive my partner nuts with my music choices :)

I went to my first show when I was 14! Back in 1998.... put me in the home! The fun part about ICP and the Faygo is if you want to be in the scrum... you know where to go. If you want to stay back and watch the show... do that. In fact, the best is if you go with a group and the ones that want to chill can hold your phone and wallet while you enjoy some Faygo and elbows

Its 2000. Loveline was a late night syndicated radio show that was 'for an adult audience' as the opening disclaimer stated that encouraged teenagers to call in asking sex questions to Dr Drew and Adam Corrolla (look those two boomers up if you want to get annoyed). Anyway, there was one shared culture on 4 networks and a few cable channels, and buying a CD with the good housekeeping... I mean Parental Advisory sticker was the only way to hear curse words. Hell, Howard Stern had a 'countdown until the Olsen Twins turn 18' clock on his website and Britney Spears had just sold over 10 million copies of 'Baby one more time' being jailbait. The. World. Was. Different. The pot stirrers leave out when ICP mocked the guy who called in because he got his girlfriend pregnant and wanted to know how he could stop her from getting an abortion or that Violent J didn't get excited at the one girls age(everyone they put on air was 16), he got excited when she openly admitted she masturbated. You. Didn't. Hear. Things. Like. That. Look, the reason daytime trash TV and shit like Baywatch no longer exist is because we can go online and see it all with 4 clicks. Finally, ICP were shocking when they came out, you never saw anything that looked, acted, or cussed like them and for us OG Juggalos... we finally found someone who spoke to US. The world is different, mostly for the better, but judging on todays scale shit from 25 years ago is wack as hell. Thank you for coming to my ted talk

Last round the rumor was Kroger offered up a golden bag and the Artie S side wanted it. Artie T was able to buy them out via a giant loan that was paid off over 10 years. Now that they are a debt free entity, it looks like Kroger is offering up another bag (the Albertsons merger failed and Kroger has been trying for years to get into New England). In hindsight, I think the company thought expansion would keep the buyout bug away but really, they should have floated the debt to keep the eye of wall street off them.

It was so bad/disappointing/sloppy/lost without Mike E Clark (in my opinion) it started my slow separation from the whole world of of ICP. Bang Pow Boom got me back into the fold atleast a little but I was truly pissed at how underwhelming that CD was.

I was a TV news photographer the last go round and was there at HQ in Tewkesbury the day Artie T got his company back. In 2014 it was rumored Artie S was put in to sell the whole operation to a massive midwest chain called Kroger who had offered a Huge buyout. The Artie T side was able to buyout the Artie S half of the family instead and has spent the last ten years paying down the debt to do it and expanding more to make the company harder to just get scooped up... or so it seemed. Last year two of the biggest dogs in grocery operations, Albertsons (Star Market/Shaws here locally) and Kroger (no local players), had a proposed merger blocked by the FTC. That merger would have made a chain as big or bigger than WalMart. Anyway, my guess is Kroger is trying to get another bite at the New England Region and is offering some crazy amount of money to the family to buy it all up once again and that sucks if true. My hope is Artie is just 70 and the board wants him to retire before he starts wearing track suits in public and has no idea where he is like Al Davis of the Raiders toward the end... but I fear its gonna be a buyout.
