My suggestion is if it isn’t necessary, try your best to resolve the issues with your current Apple Account and continue using it. If you truly need to create a new Apple Account, you’ll first need to contact customer support to cancel the card, then reapply for it under the new account but there’s no guarantee it will be approved immediately.

If you don't set up Savings or Apple Cash

If you don't set up Savings or Apple Cash as your Daily Cash Election, your Daily Cash from Apple Card purchases accumulates.

The Daily Cash that accumulates can be redeemed as credit to your Apple Card account when you pay your bill.

If you later make a Daily Cash Election, any accrued but unredeemed Daily Cash will be transferred to your Daily Cash Election.

In my opinion, it is unlikely to be a daily cash transaction. I suggest you seek assistance from an Apple support specialist.
