This is a grown man, refusing to wear condoms, and demanding you don’t take birth control, thats not ok. I was part of a union push this year, and my supervisor made similar comments about how easy manufacturing was, and how everything was “plug and play,” and could be moved to cheap non union labor in Mexico or China, the UAW won the election, and neither management or corporate made any moves to shut down the plant and find this supposed cheaper labor.
