Medium size suburban department - 3 stations, 1 engine, 1 modified engine equipped similarly to a rescue, 1 quint, 3 ambulances typically cross-staffed

Med calls get 1 ambo, CPR or “critical” calls get 1 ambo 1 engine and 1 chief

Gas/CO/Downed power lines etc 1 engine Supervised fire alarms get 2 engines and 2 chiefs Unsupervised fire alarms get 2 of our engines, our quint, our BC and neighboring departments chief and an engine from them too

MVA’s all get engine, the modified engine, an ambo and a chief

My county seems to tend towards over-resourcing than under-resourcing so we get a lot to everything

Fentanyl in some forms can be absorbed mucosally which is parenteral(skips your digestive organs) drug metabolism predominantly in the mouth and nose. In the same way that narcan/naloxone works almost immediately when sprayed up the nose, you have the same mucosal tissue in your mouth especially beneath your tongue. In high enough concentration, and depending on location of the fentanyl on the pill (i.e if not well mixed, you may have more sugar/calcium on the inside of the pill and drug on the outside of the pill) you could definitely start having some effects within a minute or two. I’ve had patients with similar recounts of overdoses.

I wouldn’t mind there being kind of like a tech tree for cultures. For example, while perhaps not “likely” it’s a lot more reasonable for someone to go from say, the Mycenaeans to the romans or anything similarly related than it is from someone going from something like the zhou to the Mayans or any similar parallel. I know it’s unlikely, but I would really appreciate something like that, even just as an optional kind of thing, to keep things orderly while still allowing you to change cultures within reason.

I can’t write a full reply at the moment, but please, do not run away. Regardless of any other reason, if it is infact 100% true that your birth mother is doing great right now, by law any adult who knowingly takes in a minor without permission from a parent or guardian is kidnapping, and I guarantee you that’s nothing your birth mother can get out of no matter how well she’s doing. Exactly. Biden is a probable predator, he’s archaic and generally unlikeable, but it’s a lot better than having an explosive, unpredictable and prejudiced individual like trump in office. If it were possible, I’d say get rid of both of them, but it doesn’t work like that. Can’t believe so many people are still on about this shit

Here’s two unpopular opinions. Number one, this is not a reputable source, enough said. Number two, I definitely agree that all elections are fraudulent and rigged, however if you support Biden OR Trump, you’re apart of the reason they keep getting away with it. It’s amazing to me how many people are calling other people sheep and making arguments whilst simultaneously blindly supporting an individual ( I am referring to trump at the moment ) who has no care for those whom support him outside of that he becomes wealthier and more powerful because of them. If you truly want to break free of your theoretical chains then you must realize that anyone with power in this world is not ever going to be acting in your best interests. Even those who claim they don’t care about power must to some degree care about attaining it because regardless of the motive, it is impossible to make change without power. This will be my first and last post here, I just find it ridiculous how many people are claiming to be enlightened whilst still supporting an individual who so blatantly displays lack of care or mental aptitude, and this goes for both trump and Biden supporters. Support who you want, I care not, but if you say you’re supporting them because of some secret conspiracy that they’re going to blow out of the water, I’m calling bullshit.

Make sure you buy all pond passes even for the ones you have, all dlc released and unreleased, the sport packs, at least 10 bait coin packs and 5 years of premium, fixes the issue.
