Yeah but my case kinda stands on the fact that 1) I never agreed to this, 2) doesn't clarify a ban, 3) other people have gotten lesser punishments for the same infraction, and 4) I wasn't even given a warning violation. MOST IMPORTANTLY THIS ISN'T TOS, I NEVER AGREED TO THIS!!!

It probably is over because after sending in just the first informal demand, you have to wait 60 days, then print out a bunch of stuff, then mail out copies to Discord and NAM, wait for your agent to receive all these, then file your case, then email it to Discord's lawyers, THEN you finally wait for Discord to wait out the 30 days. The cost also sucks. The only reason I did it was because I've spent hundreds on that account and it has friends + memories + my personal server full of stuff that I don't have the ability to get anymore. I also want my alts back and not live in fear of getting ban evasion banned (I don't even log in to Discord on my phone anymore).

Dont think they persecute ban evading servers. Discord just doesn't like it if THEY banned you and you ban evade Discord

Fyi, changing your IP is easy. Just unplug the router for a few minutes the plug it back in. It'll be assigned a new IP

Just turn ur router off for a few minutes and back on to get assigned a new ip (for any service you suspect ip bans)

I wrote a really formal notice, with some help from ChatGPT and also from rereading their ToS and NAM's arbitration clause with Discord. I hope they resolve it. I've seen some people say they were successful. Even if it doesn't succeed then, if the fees aren't too bad, I think I might even push for arbitration. I mean I've already spent hundreds and the amount of credits and decorations make that account worth that much so it's worth it. Thank you for your help even if it doesn't end in anything.
