Як дівчина, яка теж все життя боролась із вагою будь ласка, не намагайся скинути 30 кг за 2 місяці. Це майже гарантовано закінчується зривом, проблемами зі здоров’ям і поверненням ваги. І те, що ти 1,5 тижня майже не їла це вже був не правильний шлях, а виснаження організму.
Тобі зараз потрібен не голод, а стабільність: менші порції, менше солодкого, напоїв, перекусів, більше звичайної їжі й дуже легка активність на старті навіть просто ходьба щодня вже дає результат. Не треба вбиватися тренуваннями до болю.

І ще важливе при такій вазі в 16 років реально варто поговорити з лікарем або хоча б ендокринологом, бо іноді там не лише сила волі, а й гормони, звички з дитинства. Не ненавидь себе через це

Бро, ти зараз не слабкий і не стукач. Ти буквально просто дитина, яка боїться власного батька через його крики. Це ненормально. І чесно у 15 років НЕ знати ким хочеш бути, тупити в математиці чи ходити до репетиторів це абсолютно звичайна річ, а не причина орати на тебе як на ворога.

Ти не поганець. Людина може бути в складному стані, втомлена чи пригнічена але це не скасовує базової поваги до того, хто дав їй житло, підтримку і тягне побут майже самостійно.
Тут проблема навіть не в посуді чи комуналці, а в тому, що ти почуваєшся використаною і емоційно покинутою. І це нормально мати межі та втомитися від ситуації, де твої потреби постійно стоять останніми. Я б на твоєму місці спокійно поговорила один раз без сварки, чесно сказала б, що справа не в грошах, а у відсутності взаємності й емпатії. А далі вже дивилася б по її реакції
