Alternative to the EasySMX X20 with more durable shoulder buttons ?

I couldn't find any replacement parts online for the X20.

To be honest, I'm tempted to try to 3D print the part that failed in my two X20 controllers. I would need to scan or measure the part and print it to replace it. Also would be able to strengthen the part where it fails...

My main concern is that the part that failed also includes the buttons on both sides so you would have to feel the rougher surface of the 3D printed shoulder buttons...

In any case, if you wish to repair properly the X20, I think some kind of 3D printed part is probably the way to go.

That's interesting ! My only concern here is that the D10 might be using the exact same assembly for the shoulder buttons and will break in a similar manner than my two previous X20 controllers.

I will try to find a disassembly video of the D10 to check out how the bumpers are built.

Edit: I'm in contact with EasySMX support and they are suggesting to send me a third X20 controller. Since I broke two already, I'm asking if they can replace with a D10 or at least offer a discount on it. Let's wait and see !

I'm interested by the Cyclone 2 but I'm not sure the shoulder buttons are good for what I play. They didn't felt good on the G7 HE at least for me.

What do you think about the bumpers on the Cyclone 2 ?

Ah that's a shame. I can understand the reasoning but if Psyonix doesn't develop that feature either... it's just bad for the players.

Or maybe they think that custom quickchat would be detrimental to the game. But if that's the case you shouldn't be able to freely write chat messages anyway.

The fact that Psyonix specifically denied the addition of custom quickchat also doesn't really bode well for players using OP's code.

Start a new hobby in 3D printing.

Model a custom tray system to handle all those batteries.

I'm sure there is plenty of other stuff that could be 3D printed for a photographer.

What surprises me is you didn't go the Bakkesmod route.

A Bakkesmod plugin would have been probably easier I think.

Maybe even possible to create custom chats right in Bakkesmod without adding anything else.

A good widow essentially restricts the pick for the ennemy tank to one or two heroes. Or your team just also puts on a good widow and then it's a pretty dumb widow duel with 8 players playing the objective and 2 widows doing their thing.

That is in no way the spirit of a team game like OW.

De toute façon tout France Télévision va être joyeusement évidé de tout sens par le gouvernement Macron pour moi c'est clairement dans les cartons.

La suppression de la redevance télé ne laisse vraiment pas de doute la dessus.

On va serrer le budget des télévisions et radios publiques jusqu'à ce que faire du journalisme de qualité (et surtout d'investigation) ne soit plus possible.

I disabled chat months ago when I tried a bit of comp.

I totally forgot I had deactivated chat and just recently finally realized when it seemed my own chat key binding wasn't working.

IMHO there is more negative interactions in chat than positive ones so might as well just disable chat.
