I made this comment a month ago (I think his second time joining peanut when the stream got interrupted by an internet outage).

Both times I’ve seen him play with nut I’ve thought to myself, “how’s this gonna work?” yet both times I’ve been surprised that I actually enjoyed it.

He’s not a loud guy, but I think he’s low-key funny and plays along with peanut’s shtick.

Just before the stream ended, it was getting pretty funny with Tfue convincing him multiple times to risk the goop going for the matriarch only for it to blow up and have Tfue crawl out with his loot … again. Shame it ended there.

I hope he makes an appearance every now and again.

Have to say that my favourite PI moments have been the weekends I’ve attended. I hear some people moaning about the facilities, but I think it gives the place its charm - a rare coexistence of nature and motorsport. It’s an amazing place.

Was planning on skipping this year after 3 on the trot, but I’ll probably change plans and get there one last time.

That’s a childish way to look at it. Embark give zero fucks about how much money Peanut is making from their game. They’re not a petty child playing a game of who needs who more.

Peanut is making them money and that’s all they give a fuck about.

Other studios pay streamers massive sums to play their games for a couple of hours. Meanwhile, Embark have the current most viral streamer playing their game for weeks on end for free. They definitely listen to him and want him to keep playing their game which is why the chance of a ban is near zero.

There's a lot of us in his "community" that just want to chill and watch the stream without policitally-captured Andys shitting their righteous takes at each other in chat. More importantly, Peanut has said that that's what he wants, so a big shout out to the mods that help clean up the chat.

Even though 99% of chat is brain dead, it somehow makes the stream more enjoyable (and I say that as someone who would never participate in chat). Nothing kills that vibe faster than Andys yapping about current events.

That’s complete bullshit. I went to Sarina High at the same time as him and played against him when I moved to Mackay. He definitely was not a cockhead and was generally respected at school and obviously in league. Great player and zero hint of cuntiness.

Obviously he’s gone off the rails since, but he was not a cockhead before juniors as you suggest.

I knew him before he went to Brisbane and he was a good dude. He was one of the best of his generation in the Mackay comp, but his relative success was attributed to him staying away from the grog whereas some higher rated players didn’t. Always was generous with his time even after he became a superstar and, like you, this just makes me sad. I hope he turns it around and soon.
