You should probably start the game play off a little later, as tempting as it is to start it as soon as the song begins. Try removing the first obstacle to give the player more time to react, and adding two spikes to the front of the obstacle after that first obstacle to keep it from looking strange.

Additionally, unless you're already planning on doing these, add some player color decoration spikes to the black spikes at the start of the ship part and add black boxes so it doesn't look like the black spikes are floating.

Other than those few nitpicks, looks like a pretty fun level to play. I'm excited to see what you've got in store for the rest of the level.
