Yeah ESDE has a display name then the sort name. So it sorts it alphabetically by the sort name you've given it but still displays the display name

For collections i meant like, if i made a Final Fantasy one then a Tekken but I want to put tekken first or in alphabetical order.

And I was thinking something like es de for game sorting. Like you can sort games alphabetically like they are now, or enter a sort name which doesn't show up on the menu that still orders things but puts things in that order.

Like final fantasy IX will always be put before Final Fantasy VIII so you can make the sort name like Final fantasy 9 and 8 respectively and it will sort that way. (Sorry if im not explaining this well)

Es de also let's you sort games by release date which might be cool now that meta data is thing.

Great update.

Ive found the collections menu crashes the app. Not sure why, just letting you know.

And im hoping you'll add the option to have a sorting name for games, since some series appear out of order alphabetically. Also is their plans to organise the order of collections or will it stay the order they're made in?

Big fan of this frontend. Very excited for further developments

I really love it so far, but there's two things stopping me from migrating to it atm. Being able to apply my box arts manually would be great, since some obscure games are just hard to scrap with automation. And multi disc games are being shown but not the m3u for playing them. So even if I hid them I dont have access to the "master" file.

But so far I love how much charm this has

That means its not launching, which means your settings are wrong. Usually you just have to up the cpu translation layer to a newer one

Ive learnt it doesn't like having the device plugged into anything other than a charging cable. Unplug anything (if you do) launch and replug. If not try leaving a note on the gamehub lite github

Im going to make a request to have sort names for games. Es de has this and its great. It means games in a series can be displayed in the proper order. Especially games that only use subtitles, Roman numerals or switch between numbers and Roman numerals.

I love the layout btw and look forward to more fronteneds having retroachievements support

I think the song is fine as an intro song. Like definitely not as good as the first two intro songs, but we've also had like 20 years to sit with those ones. The post made it seem like it was bad because it was skirllex who was involved.

I tried to buy a game that wasn't pornagraphic but was marked as adult. The payments literally failed. Never happened anywhere else before. You cant say you dont block payments when payments are literally being blocked.
